Our carrier network
We do not own trucks. Choosing the right carrier, and checking it before your vehicle is handed over, is the service.
What we check before a carrier is assigned
- Active operating authority with the FMCSA — confirmed before the carrier is given your vehicle, not after something goes wrong.
- Cargo insurance. Every carrier we assign is required to hold active cargo insurance, and we will provide that carrier's certificate on request.
- The right equipment for your vehicle — a winch for anything that does not run, a liftgate or low-angle ramps for low clearance, an enclosed trailer where the vehicle warrants it.
- A route that already fits. A carrier genuinely running your corridor prices better and collects sooner than one being persuaded to detour.
Why a broker rather than one carrier
A single carrier can only offer you its own trucks on its own routing. When your lane does not match, your vehicle waits. We source across a network of more than 10,000 carriers, so the question becomes which carrier fits your lane this week rather than whether ours happens to.
The fair criticism of brokers is accountability — who answers when something goes wrong. Our answer is that our authority is public, our address is published, and the phone is answered by people rather than a queue. See our credentials.
