Auto Shipping Insurance Coverage
The personal luggage of 100 lbs. can be shipped inside the vehicle free of charge. The items should be placed in the vehicle’s trunk or at its backseat below the window level. The front seats should be empty. Please note that we do not provide insurance for the items inside the vehicle. We are registered only as an auto shipping company and provide insurance for the vehicle alone. Do not put a valuable item such as the TV or the furniture.
We offer full-scale, robust insurance that covers bumper-to-bumper damage. The “Certificate of Liability Insurance” from the carrier will be shared with you before starting the pickup operation.

No. It is not mandatory for you to remain present when the shipped vehicle is delivered or picked up. You may designate someone over the age of 18 on your behalf for your vehicle’s delivery.
- Try to remove all personal belongings and accessories from it. You can put up to 100 lbs. of personal luggage inside the vehicle free of charge. You need to make sure that the extra stuff is placed in the trunk or at the backseat below window level. The front seats should be empty. Please note that we do not provide insurance for the items inside the vehicle. We are registered only as an auto shipping company and provide insurance for the vehicle alone. Therefore, it is advised not to put anything valuable, such as a TV or furniture.
- Keep the interior and exterior of the car clean. It will help the carrier inspect vehicles thoroughly for any earlier damage. The driver will call the pickup person a couple of hours before arriving at the pickup location, and he or she will hand over the vehicle to the driver. The driver will inspect the vehicle in front of that person and mention all the damage (if any) to the car body on the bill of lading (BOL) before he picks it up. Please inspect your vehicle thoroughly before signing the BOL.

An operational vehicle must be capable of driving forward and reverse under its own power and steering controls. If any of these requirements are not satisfied, it is deemed inoperable. The pickups for inoperable vehicles may take longer than the operable not all transport trucks can accommodate inoperable vehicles.
