Genius Auto Trans LLC is a licensed and bonded property broker. We arrange vehicle transport across the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC, through a vetted network of more than 10,000 carriers. We have been doing it since 2021.

We do not own trucks. That is not a caveat, it is the business model, and it is worth understanding before you choose anyone to move your vehicle.

Don't take our word for any of it

Every transport company on the internet describes itself as reliable, trusted and professional. None of those words can be checked. These can:

Look them up in the FMCSA SAFER system. It is free, public, and takes about a minute. You will see whether the authority is active, whether it is broker or carrier authority, and what the safety record looks like.

Do the same for every company you are considering. A company that will not give you its USDOT and MC numbers has answered a question you did not have to ask.

What a broker actually does

A carrier owns trucks and runs a fixed set of lanes on a fixed schedule. If your route and dates happen to match, that works well. If they do not, you wait.

A broker does not own trucks and therefore has no equipment to defend. Our job is to find the carrier whose route, equipment and timing actually fit your shipment — out of more than 10,000 — and to verify it before your vehicle is handed over.

The fair criticism of brokers is accountability: who answers when something goes wrong. Our answer is that our authority is public, our address is published, and the phone is answered by people rather than a queue. We are a licensed and bonded broker, not the carrier. Every carrier we assign is required to hold active cargo insurance, and we will provide that carrier's certificate on request. We do not accept liability for a carrier's damage or negligence — no broker honestly can, and any broker telling you otherwise is describing a service it cannot deliver.

The people

Shipments here are coordinated by named people, not a rotating queue: Christian, Paris, Iris and Darren.

That matters more than it sounds. When your pickup window shifts or a carrier runs late, you want the person who booked your shipment, who already knows the lane and the vehicle — not whoever answers next.

The phone is answered around the clock

24 hours a day, seven days a week. Not an answering service, not business hours with an out-of-hours voicemail.

This is not a marketing line, it is a structural necessity. Carriers run to driver hours-of-service rules, not office hours. Deliveries happen early, late and at weekends, and a driver three hours out at 11pm needs someone to reach. How we work

We quote your shipment, not a rate card. No price table, no per-mile figure. A published rate cannot know your vehicle, your corridor or carrier availability the week you ship. The factors that actually move a price are on FAQ — Cost & Pricing.

We vet before assignment. Active operating authority and cargo insurance are confirmed before a carrier is given your vehicle, not after something goes wrong.

We tell you when a lane is slow. Some corridors take longer to cover than others. You will hear that from us at quote stage rather than discovering it in silence after booking.

Dates are estimates and we say so. Driver availability, weather and road conditions move timing and none of them are within a carrier's control. Anyone guaranteeing an exact delivery date on standard transport is selling you certainty that the road does not supply.
