Why we do not print a score here

We could put a number at the top of this page. We have chosen not to, and the reason is worth two sentences.

Review scores for any transport company differ by platform, and anyone seriously evaluating us will look at more than one. A page that leads with its single most flattering figure tells you nothing you could not have guessed, and it tends to fall apart the moment you check elsewhere — which is exactly what you should do.

So the reviews are above, from the source, unedited. What we will point you to instead is the thing that cannot be curated.

The check that actually settles it

Reviews describe experiences. Federal registration describes whether a company is what it says it is.

Look those up in the FMCSA SAFER system. It is free, public, government-run, and takes about a minute. You will see whether the authority is active, whether it is broker or carrier authority, and the safety record behind it.

Do it for every transport company you are considering, this one included. A company reluctant to hand over its USDOT and MC numbers has answered a question you did not need to ask.

The names in the reviews

You will notice the same names recurring above — Christian, Paris, Iris and Darren.

That is not a coincidence of the widget. Shipments here are coordinated by named people rather than a rotating queue, and when a pickup window shifts or a carrier runs late you are dealing with the person who booked your shipment and already knows the lane.

What we tell customers before they book

The things that show up in reviews are usually the things that were or were not explained upfront, so we say them early:

Dates are estimates. Our Terms & Conditions state that no guaranteed pickup or delivery date is offered. Weather, traffic, mechanical issues and federally regulated driver hours all move timing.

We are a broker, not a carrier. We are a licensed and bonded broker, not the carrier. Every carrier we assign is required to hold active cargo insurance, and we will provide that carrier's certificate on request.

Prices are quoted, not published. No rate card, because one cannot know your corridor.

The bill of lading decides claims. Inspect properly at delivery, in good light, and note any new damage before you sign.

Leaving a review

If we have moved something for you, a review on Google helps the next person work out whether to trust us — and it is more useful to them than anything we could write on this page.
