These terms govern your use of this website. They are separate from our Terms & Conditions, which govern vehicle transport services — if you are shipping a vehicle, that is the document that applies to your booking.

Figures on this subject are not published here until they have been verified against the current regulation by a qualified person.

This website is operated by Genius Auto Trans LLC, a licensed and bonded property broker registered with the FMCSA under USDOT 3674601 and MC 1274912.

By accessing or using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

3. Age

This site is not intended for use by anyone under 18. Do not submit personal information through it if you are under 18.

4. Content ownership

Text, graphics, layout, logos and other material on this site are owned by Genius Auto Trans LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating or arranging transport. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, scrape or exploit any part of the site commercially without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected network
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or breach any security or authentication measure
• use automated means to extract data from the site except as permitted by our robots directives
• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to transmit malicious code

6. Quote requests and submitted information

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. A booking exists only when a shipment is confirmed under our Terms & Conditions.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Quotes are prepared from the information you provide, and material inaccuracies may change the price.

7. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas or feedback about the site or our services, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it without obligation or compensation to you.

8. Third-party services and links

This site links to and relies on third-party services, including a hosted payment provider and an embedded reviews widget. We do not control third-party sites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Mobile access and data charges

Accessing this site on a mobile device may incur data charges from your network provider. Those charges are yours.

10. Communications consent

Where you consent, we operate an SMS, email and voice-message programme of up to three messages per day. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We publish TCPA, FTC, CAN-SPAM and CCPA terms. Data is stored in United States data centres. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Marketing use of your name

Where you have used our services, we may reference your name or logo in marketing material. You may opt out at any time by emailing info@geniusautotrans.com.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that information on it is complete or current at all times. Transit times, availability and pricing information on this site are indicative and are confirmed only in a quote.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genius Auto Trans LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site.

Liability relating to a transport booking is governed separately by our Terms & Conditions, where it is limited to the amount of the deposit shown on your quotation.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Genius Auto Trans LLC against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

15. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@geniusautotrans.com identifying the work, the material you say infringes it, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief and accuracy.

16. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information; opt out via info@geniusautotrans.com. CCPA requests are answered within 45 days.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Venue for any dispute is a state or federal court embracing Manassas, Virginia.

18. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your visit applies to that visit.

19. Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and — where a booking exists — the Terms & Conditions, form the entire agreement between you and Genius Auto Trans LLC regarding this website.
