Inventory that is in transit is not on your lot and is not earning. What matters to a dealer is not the headline rate but whether the vehicle arrives when it was supposed to, in the condition it left in, without a phone call chasing it.

Who qualifies

Car dealerships, on inbound and outbound inventory. Applied to the quote — mention it when you enquire.

What dealers actually need

Auction collection. Auction sites are built for truck access, which makes them easier to service than residential addresses. We need the release paperwork requirements and the lot contact.

Multi-unit movements. Several vehicles on one lane price better per unit than the same vehicles booked separately. Send the full list rather than one at a time.

Non-running trade-ins. Routine, but a winch-equipped carrier is a smaller pool and a different price. Flag it at quote stage — the three answers that matter are whether it rolls, steers and brakes. See FAQ — Vehicle Types & Conditions.

Customer deliveries. Sold units going direct to a buyer's address. The condition inspection at delivery matters more here than anywhere else, because the customer is watching it happen.

Premium and specialist stock. Enclosed transport for anything where a stone chip is a reconditioning cost. Exotic and luxury car transport covers liftgate loading for low-clearance units.

A single carrier can offer you its own trucks on its own routing. When your lane does not match, your inventory waits. We source across a vetted network of more than 10,000 carriers, so the question is which carrier fits your lane this week rather than whether ours happens to.

Every carrier is checked for active operating authority and cargo insurance before assignment.

What the discount applies to

The discount reduces the transport price we quote you. It does not change how the shipment works — the factors that drive your quote apply the same way: distance, lane density, vehicle size and running condition, open or enclosed transport, timing flexibility and season.

A 10% reduction on an honestly-priced quote beats a bigger-sounding discount off an inflated one. We publish no rate card to discount from.
